The laboratory has established a three in one R&D system of "basic research application development industrialization verification", with four core functional areas:
1. Flavor Creation Center: Equipped with sensory evaluation systems such as texture analyzers, it can complete aroma molecule recombination and stability testing
2. Process simulation workshop:Integrated UHT ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization, sterile cold filling and other pilot Production Lines
