The successful hosting of the "Golden Kanghui Cup" Second Henan Provincial College Student Beverage Innovation and Creativity Competition
On May 25, 2023, the "Golden Kanghui Cup" Second Henan Provincial College Student Beverage Innovation and Creativity Competition, hosted by the Henan Provincial Society of Agricultural Products Processing and Storage Engineering, and co-sponsored by Henan Golden Kanghui Biotechnology Co., Ltd., was successfully held at Henan University of Science and Technology.

I. Introduction to the Henan Provincial College Student Beverage Innovation and Creativity Competition
The competition commenced with an opening ceremony at 9:00 AM on May 25, 2023, at the College of Food and Biological Engineering, Henan University of Science and Technology. A total of 232 teams from 19 universities across the province, including Henan University of Science and Technology, Henan Agricultural University, Henan University of Technology, and Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, participated in the event. The judging panel consisted of over 10 experts from universities and the beverage industry in Henan Province.
Two of our senior engineers, Duan Wenzhou and Feng Yanfeng, served as expert judges and participated in the entire evaluation process.


II. Golden Kanghui’s Comprehensive Support, Collaboration, and Guidance as a Leader in the Beverage R&D Industry
In addition to the two experts, our company’s General Manager, Song Bin, attended the opening ceremony as a special guest and delivered a speech. In his address, he stated, "In today’s era, technological innovation capability is a crucial reflection of a company’s overall strength. It is vital for a company’s development and can rapidly translate into economic benefits. Only by possessing innovative talent can a company have an inexhaustible driving force for development."

III. Fruitful Results and Promising Future for Industry-Academia Collaboration
Through comprehensive evaluation by the expert panel, six projects, including "Shuguang Tea Charm," were awarded the grand prize. Fifteen projects, such as "Canzuozuo-HPP Composite Probiotic Juice," received first prizes, while 20 projects, including "Instant Fruit Wine Marketing Strategy," were awarded second prizes. Additionally, 30 projects, such as "Chestnut and Red Date Composite Beverage," were granted third prizes.
